Roboter on Tour in Stukenbrock with Hesse

Maximum flexibility despite the heatwave!  Things caught fire at our station during the "Robots on Tour" event in Stukenbrock-Senne at Hesse! Our absolute highlight was showcasing our technology live and in action. We successfully demonstrated just how flexible modern robotic solutions need to be today: precise thread tapping with a UR cobot, seamless transitions thanks to the AOCS automatic tool changer system, and multifunctional processing with subsequent brushing, deburring, and polishing.Visitors experienced firsthand how fast, reliable, and fully automated this tool change and the various processing steps truly are – maximum efficiency as the perfect response to hot temperatures!  A huge thank you for the top-notch organization and hospitality to Universal Robots, Müller Maschinentechnik GmbH, and HESSE Vorrichtungen und Fertigungstechnik GmbH.
