Successful Presentation at EMO Hannover 2025

Focus on Thread Machining with ToolDrives Modular System Bilz Werkzeugfabrik GmbH & Co. KG, together with BASS GmbH, successfully showcased its expertise in automated robot machining at EMO Hannover 2025. While the ToolDrives modular system and the Compact Module series cover a wide range of applications – from drilling, milling, sawing, deburring, grinding, sanding, polishing, and brushing – this year’s trade fair presentation focused specifically on thread forming and thread cutting. Visitors were able to experience live demonstrations of these processes with the new ToolDrives option. A highlight of the exhibition was the collaboration with ELITE ROBOTS, featuring the CS612 robot in action at the BASS GmbH booth in Hall 4, E27. The strong visitor interest underlined the importance of robot-compatible machining units for the future of manufacturing.
